6. Payment Terms

· Payments are due as per the agreed milestones or advance payment before service commencement.

· Hosting and domain services are billed annually unless otherwise specified.

· Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.

7. Service Delivery and Acceptance

· Services will be delivered as per agreed timelines and specifications.

· You have 7 business days upon delivery to review and report any issues.

· If no issues are reported within this period, the Services will be deemed accepted.

8. Termination and Suspension

· We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for breach of Terms, non-payment, or illegal use.

· You may terminate Services by providing 30 days’ written notice.

· Upon termination, hosting and domain services will cease, and data may be deleted after reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

· Webappo Innovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Services.

· Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

· We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Webappo Innovations harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

· Your use of Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
