Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) applies to all digital services provided by WebAppo Innovations (“WebAppo”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Our services are exclusively digital and governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, ensuring legal recognition and secure delivery of electronic records and services in India.

2. Delivery Method

  • All deliverables—including website files, source code, documentation, and credentials—are provided electronically.

  • Delivery is made via secure download links, email, or through a client portal, as specified in your project agreement.

  • No physical shipments are made.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided in your project proposal or service agreement.

  • Timelines depend on project scope, client requirements, and timely receipt of necessary information and approvals from you.

  • Any delay due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

  • WebAppo is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control, as recognized under Indian law.

4. Order Processing

  • Project work begins after receipt of the agreed advance or full payment, as per the service agreement.

  • You are responsible for providing all necessary information, content, and approvals for timely project execution.

5. Delivery Confirmation

  • Upon completion of each project phase or final delivery, you will be notified and given access to review the deliverables.

  • You must confirm receipt and acceptance within seven (7) days of delivery. If no response is received, the deliverables will be deemed accepted, in accordance with the principles of electronic acknowledgement under the IT Act, 2000.

6. Access to Services

  • You will receive instructions for accessing and using delivered digital products or services.

  • Ongoing support and maintenance, if included, are as per your service agreement.

7. International Clients

  • Our digital services are available globally.

  • For international clients, local taxes, GST, or other charges may apply and are your responsibility.

  • No customs or import duties apply for digital delivery, but you must comply with your local regulations.

8. Taxes and Invoicing

  • All prices and invoices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian law, unless otherwise specified.

  • A valid GST invoice is provided for all services.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details regarding cancellations, refunds, or dissatisfaction, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

10. Data Security and Compliance

  • All electronic records and communications are maintained in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, ensuring lawful recognition, privacy, and security of digital transactions.

  • WebAppo follows industry-standard security practices to protect your data and digital assets, as required under Indian law.

11. Policy Updates

  • WebAppo reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time to ensure legal compliance and best practices. Please review this Policy periodically for updates.

Governing Law:
