Payment & Service Terms

1. Introduction

These Payment & Service Terms (“Terms”) govern the payment obligations and service delivery conditions between Webappo Innovations (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“Client”, “you”) for website design, software development, hosting, and domain services provided via webappo.com.

By engaging our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Fees and Invoicing

· All fees for Services will be as specified in the project proposal, contract, or invoice.

· Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due monthly in advance for hosting and domain services and as per milestone schedule for development projects.

· Invoices will be issued via email and are payable upon receipt unless a different payment schedule is agreed in writing.

2.2 Payment Methods

· Payments can be made via approved methods such as bank transfer, online payment gateways, or other modes specified by Webappo Innovations.

2.3 Taxes

· All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST). Taxes will be added to invoices as required by law and paid by the Client.

2.4 Late Payments

· Payments not received by the due date may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower.

· Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of Services after due notice.

3. Service Activation and Delivery

3.1 Commencement

· Services will commence only after receipt and clearance of the required payment or deposit as per the agreement.

3.2 Delivery Timelines

· We will endeavor to deliver Services within agreed timelines, subject to receipt of all necessary inputs and approvals from you.

3.3 Acceptance

· Upon delivery of Services or milestones, you will have 7 business days to review and accept or raise issues.

· If no response is received within this period, Services will be deemed accepted.

4. Renewals and Cancellations

4.1 Hosting and Domain Renewals

· Hosting and domain services are billed annually by default.

· Renewal invoices will be sent 30 days prior to expiration.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

· Cancellation requests for hosting or domain services must be submitted at least 30 days before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal charges.

· No refunds will be provided for partial service periods after cancellation.

5. Refunds

· Refunds are generally not provided except where Services are not delivered as agreed or due to our fault.

· Domain registration fees and third-party charges are non-refundable.

6. Service Suspension and Termination

· We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment, breach of Terms, or illegal use after providing written notice.

· Suspension or termination will not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior.

7. Changes to Pricing and Terms

· Webappo Innovations reserves the right to modify pricing or payment terms with at least 30 days’ notice via email.

· If you do not object in writing within 30 days of notification, the changes will be deemed accepted.

8. Dispute Resolution

· Any payment disputes must be raised in writing within 15 days of invoice receipt.

· We will work in good faith to resolve disputes promptly.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

· These Terms are governed by Indian law.

· Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City, State], India.
